     1.Longitudinal Manure Removal Belt

• Cleaning Frequency: Perform longitudinal manure removal belt at least once daily.
• Scraper Maintenance: Clean the triangular scrapers at both ends and the trough scrapers daily to ensure no feathers or manure accumulate between the scrapers and the manure conveyor belt.
• Adjust Scrapers: Tighten the rear scraper to eliminate gaps between the scraper and roller, preventing manure residue.
